    Secrets Secrets are No Fun...

Kaela & Sarah are discussing harmful situations plaguing the infertility community.  They discuss a fertility nurse who stole fentanyl, replacing it with saline, leaving patients undergoing egg retrieval surgery in excruciating pain.  They comment on her sentencing, how she was treated, and how her victims were portrayed.  They also discuss the dilemma of misrepresentation in social media.  If you know someone isn't being truthful, should you say something?

Lisa Ransome joins the podcast again to talk about self-care and what it means to proactively take care of our mental and physical health.

So real and relatable

I absolutely love this podcast. I am going through IVF and I feel like this podcast is like hanging out with my best friends — and they GET it. I actually grin / smile / laugh the entire time I listen to these podcasts because these women are so real and relatable and say it like it is!

Refreshing

When I listen to this podcast I mostly laugh and smile over something that usually brings me sadness. I find it so refreshing and fun but yet sensitive to the emotional struggles of infertility. I do feel like I am just hanging out with Sarah and Kaela.l and appreciate that they are real and vulnerable about what the experience can be like. Can’t wait for more episodes.

Such a great find!

I stumbled upon this podcast while searching for some support. I was feeling very alone in my infertility, and the Mafia has helped me feel less so. It’s so nice to listen to women who understand what I’m going through, vocalize many of the things I’m feeling, and do so in a humorous way. Highly recommend the Infertile Mafia for anyone who feels like they need more information, or just someone to listen to who “gets it.”
