Love this podcast. I mainly watch YouTube videos but when I’m walking or getting ready I pick a podcast to listen to and Jeff’s are almost always the ones that I put on first. Not only are they informative, but also creative and interesting. Plus they are always lined with science based information and real life experiences. The interviews make you feel like you are in the room, and I always learn something new each time I listen. Highly recommend!
