We talk about many local bands, and a few of the first punk shows Shaner dragged him out to, such as Flashlight, Haddenfield, and how he almost made the cut with Mugshot, and one of his new favourites Downway. We also cut into some west coast experiences how Shaner's buddy Matt Brett from Lucky Number Sever moved out west and we met up with him in Victoria, BC. Then we throw it back to Not By Choice, and how "The Way It Used To Be". High School Day performances and more! Sewing with Nancie when they became The Reason.
