I love all the wonderful information Joy and Walker are sharing on this podcast, alongside their awesome guests! They offer simple and practical solutions that can be implemented by anyone who’s ready to life a healthier life and take charge of their health :)

Love the variety

My No. 1 choice every week! I’ve tried many different health-like podcasts but this one sticks in particular because the tips and things Joy shares about health and nutrition are in plain language and that helps keep me interested and learn! Walker’s take on healthy eating also brings it more down to earth and I love his views on business related matters. I’m going to miss these guys in the summer but hey everyone needs a break! :)
