Second to none

This is has been the only way I’ve gotten through my cardio and conditioning training in the past 2 months. I’ll listen to old podcasts and the weekly ones.
It’s super insightful and has helped my training and prep for meets to look at little things they talk about.

P.S. The banter between Chad and (insert M acronym here) Max is amazing!!!

Helpful tool so I don't doze off

I often travel a lot for work and that means long hours on a boring farm filled highway. This podcast helps me stay awake at the wheel!

In all seriousness, very good to listen to (being that I'm a beginner weightlifter) and hearing Chad and Max talk about their experience, philosophy and training is awesome!
