Chelsea speaks about the many mom inadequacies that we are all too ashamed to admit we struggle with everyday. Then she gives simple tools you can actually apply to your life to see positive changes. I love that the episodes are short as it allows me to get in that extra boost of mental clarity during those brief moments when I need it most.
