Theory suggestions

I am a nurse in Ontario, Canada that works in an ICU. I have listened to all episodes in this seasons podcast and I have a couple of suggestions when it comes to figuring this out. You probably have had your experts analyze this but…when Adam is on the phone with 911 he says ‘I’m compressing her chest’. That terminology is NEVER used, not even in CPR training. It’s always ‘chest compressions’. Also, he is not winded when doing chest compressions. It doesn’t matter how in shape you are or aren’t, it is difficult not to get short of breath when doing compressions. The longer you do chest compressions the more out of breath you get.

Also, you mentioned that Adam had taken an Ambien and went to bed. One of the side effects of Ambien is loss of memory. Is it possible that he committed this act and doesn’t remember?

Just a couple thoughts,
