The Love Drive with Shaun Galanos

The “Getting Closure from your ex” episode broke me in half. Wasn’t my question but it could have been. I appreciated your words even though I was in a puddle crying on the floor. Onward and upward. Thank you for your podcast & IG content feels real & relatable.

I stumbled upon Shaun from TikTok and now I have navigated to his insightful podcast. His advice has been valuable to developing and working on yourself, your wants/ needs, understanding your behaviour, anxieties, negative and positive signs that you are blind to, etc. The best part is learning proper language for more effective communication. How to start dialogue and conversation using words or phrasing that better and more accurately depict what you are trying to discuss with your partner. Highly recommend!

Listening to this podcast has reaffirmed my belief in having those ‘awkward, intense’ conversations and that it’s actually way less awkward to have the convo, than to ignore it. Also opened up my viewpoints on touchy topics that I don’t have a lot of info on and that people don’t openly discuss (non-monogamous relationships). I find myself starting a lot of conversations with friends with “well there’s this podcast I follow called The Love Drive” 👏

I love listening to The Love Drive as it provides me a new perspective on relationship. In these episodes I find great prompts to start journaling and I find myself bringing up Shaun’s insights in my therapy sessions. 10/10 would recommend.
