I have used meditation to help relieve sciatic nerve pain with each pregnancy, for my neck and shoulder pain, for stress relief and for a positive start to my day.

Marcy herself started meditation in a yoga class and it had such a profound effect on her well-being.  She talks about her corporate job creating stress that had a negative impactt on her physical and emotional health.

There is not a right or wrong way to meditate. The goal is to sit there and notice stray thoughts that come in, sensations in your body, and settle your nervous system by focusing on your breathing.
