I didn’t know I needed this!

I’ve always had issues with the way I look and to this day, I avoid putting myself completely out there because it’s just...easier. But stumbling across the Momfidence Podcast has made me not only realize that I am NOT alone, but that I can actually address these feelings, embrace them and adjust my mindset. There is a way to feel better without having to lose weight and get surgery!! Who knew!? Not only that, Courtney discusses a ton of other things that are helpful, relatable and fun!!
