The GOP Just Want To Be Influencers
Co-hosts Jared Yates Sexton and Nick Hauselman can't believe what they heard from former Attorney General Bill Barr, who has explicitly stated why Trump is not fit to be President, yet will gladly vote for him again this year. They discuss what a prison term would be like for our former president before shifting to our friend Ted Cruz, who's under investigation for violating campaign finance laws surrounding his not awesome podcast. Amazing podcast
Absolutely love this pod
First Rate
Smart, trenchant, essential. Jared and Nick are a one-two punch delivering unparalleled historical context for the s-show we are living through. Together they are spice and sugar, with historian Jared providing the outrage and loveable goofball Nick an unassailable affability that helps the medicine go down. Together, these smart and articulate podcasters cut to the core of what is happening to us and why. Depressing? Always. But the only way to get through hell is to keep going, and I'm grateful to these guys for lighting the way.
