The Writing is on the Apartheid Wall

This week Lara and Michael cover the Israeli massacres in Jabalia and Jenin. We discuss the premature infants forced out of their incubators by zionist bombs. The last two functioning hospitals in Gaza are besieged by the IOF and have been without clean drinking water for days. We also cover the ICC Prosecutor's application to the pre-trial judges for the arrest warrants of Netanyahu and Gallant.

Genocide on the Ballot with Dr. Jill Stein

This week, Lara and Michael play a recorded interview with UCLA students in the encampment and sit down with Presidential candidate for the Green Party, Dr. Jill Stein. We discuss the role of electoral politics, how it has failed us, and how now more than ever we need a third party to threaten the two-party duopoly. Dr. Jill Stein has centered her campaign around being the only option on the ballot across the country to call for an end to the genocide in Palestine, and she promises to dismantle the US empire.

The US is lying to you

The US is lying to you

A recommendation Anthony Blinken has been suppressing and lying about since December of 2023. We also discuss the phenomena of college campus student solidarity encampments starting with Columbia and then leading to others at Harvard and Yale.

    The Massacre at Al Shifa

    The Massacre at Al Shifa

This week Lara and Michael cover the details emerging around the massacre at Al Shifa. This massacre will be remembered in the same way as Deir Yassin and Tantura. Doctors who refused to leave their patients were executed. IOF terrorists separated people by color-coded bracelets. We cover the wildly racist coverage of the assassinated aid workers, and how the lives of foreign nationals are not more important than Palestinian lives.

Medical Mission to Gaza with Dr. Mohammad Subeh

Medical Mission to Gaza with Dr. Mohammad Subeh

This week Lara and Michael sit down with Palestinian-American ER physician, Dr. Mohammad Subeh. Dr. Subeh came to the US as a Palestinian refugee during the Gulf War after his grandparents were expelled from Palestine during the Nakba. He speaks to the Palestine Pod about his recent experience providing medical care for five weeks in Gaza a field hospital with the International Medical Core in Rafah during Israel's ongoing genocidal assault. In addition to detailing the realities of Israel's attacks against civilians in Gaza as well as Israel's decimation of the Palestinian healthcare system, Dr. Subeh paints a picture of a people committed to "ihsan", the concept of seeking to achieve excellence in all aspects of life while facing annihilation. Lara reminds that the Palestinian people refuse to disappear in the face of the zionist settler colonial project which requires extermination of the indigenous people. Instead, the Palestinian people currently undergoing genocide continue to insist on life with excellence.

    The Torture Files

    The Torture Files

This week Lara and Michael cover the ongoing deliberate starvation of the Palestinian people in Gaza by the Zionist regime in violation of international law. The Palestine Pod also covers a recent Al-Jazeera report entitled "Not just the UNRWA report: Countless accounts of Israeli torture in Gaza" compiling accounts of Palestinians from Gaza who have been kidnapped by Israeli occupation forces and subjected to brutal torture in violation of international law as a part of this current genocide. These accounts illuminate the treatment Palestinians in Israeli captivity have been subjected to for over 75 years of settler colonialism, occupation, and apartheid.

Amazing Duo Providing Incredible Episodes.

This podcast is amazing. I’ve been listening for around a year now and it’s so thorough. Michael’s comic relief and Lara’s depth of knowledge make them the perfect combo to deliver detailed information that’s often so hard to come by. You don’t have to, but I highly recommend starting at episode one so that you can have a well rounded understanding of their unique perspectives as they address important conversations. I follow both of them on Instagram where they continue their amazing work.

Delusional. Mind poison for the next generation.

Disinformation and propaganda. Claiming perpetual victimhood while not condemning the massacre of thousands of innocent civilians in Israel on October 7th is revealing of your complete lack of a moral compass. Listen to the first pod afterwards (Nov 10th) for proof. Disgusting.

Why don’t you condemn Hamas’s mass murdering and hostage-taking of civilians? You exposed yourselves as hateful people with no morality.

You are NOT intellectuals. You repeatedly conflate intention and impact. Hamas’s stated intention is to destroy Israel and attempts to commit genocide to all jews within Israel’s borders (using the morally-bankrupt justification of a holy religious war or jihad). Its impact falls far short of its objective due to the military presence of the IDF. Israel intends to destroy Hamas and make peace with its Arab neighbors (the same despair was felt 50 years ago with Egypt & Jordan - Israel has lasting peace with them now). Israel’s impact is far worse than merely eliminating Hamas fighters due to the IDF’s might and the clandestine tactics of Hamas terrorists embedding within civilian locations and its use of human shields. Disproportionate death tolls are the consequence. Intention =\= Impact. You’re too stupid to understand the distinction.

Keep up your delusional narrative. The subjugation of Palestinians will finally end when you treat your collective mental illness of perpetual victimhood with ridiculous claims of right of return to the 1940’s - as if the jews in the SAME decade who survived the Holocaust and were refugees in concentration camps demanded the right of return to Germany, Poland, France etc. Why in the world would you want to return to the land of your oppressors? Because it’s an impossible demand that undermines true peace and perpetuates victimhood. DE-LU-LU

There isn’t even a moral equivalence because the Palestinian militias attacked the jews in November 1947 to initiate the 1947-1949 war. The Palestinians - with the assistance of five Arab brotherhood nations - ganged up and still lost the war of Independence with Israel.

YOU LOST THE WAR A CENTURY AGO. Get therapy. Stop perpetuating the multigenerational trauma narrative. Move on with your life.

It’s tragic that you continue to miseducate young Palestinians though UNRWA as being refugees from the land of Israel as opposed to their multi-generational lives in other parts of mandate Palestine (East Jerusalem/West Bank/Gaza). This poisoning perpetuates hate and violent resistance rather than fosters a 2 state solution of viable peace. You are too far gone in your mental illness but PLEASE stop indoctrinating the next generation of young Palestinians so that they can finally live in peace, with their own statehood and thrive.
