Best investment in your own health

I have been a member for over a year now. There have been many episodes that have resulted in real improvements in my well-being. It is one thing to lay out suggestions for improved healthspan but Peter backs these with the highest standard of evidence I have found in a health podcast. I also find his interviewing techniques to be highly engaging, keeping my interested in topics I previously took no notice of. I went to medical school, and I’ve learnt more about longevity, nutrition, preventive health from this podcast than I did in those four years.

I’ve been a subscriber since near its beginning and find there’s been a real shift in this podcast to the mainstream and no longer get anything cutting edge from it. So many better podcasts out there now that are asking deeper questions. I love Peter as a podcaster but have sadly lost all interest in his content.

Constantly some of the best medical information available anywhere!!

I find this podcast to be exceptional in every way, content, guests, subjects- always 10/10. Yes, it’s very deep medical information, as in not for beginners, but there are plenty of 100 level podcasts out there, it is so refreshing to see a 400 level podcast! (And I say that fully admitting to much of it being over my own head, but I love the challenge it sometimes brings!) while some may complain that Peter has too much to say at times, when he must speak, it is because he has very valid points worth interjecting. It’s a real gem, and it makes my Monday’s that much better! Keep up the great work peter and team- it is very much appreciated!
