You are in safe hands

You'll be hard pressed to find content as insightful, profound, honest and provoking as this podcast. I believe that's because Adam combines counselling precepts with a Christian heart. A rare treasure indeed. Adam has a gift for speaking, interviews, exploring narratives and picking excellent guests to illustrate a concept. There are many examples of narratives which helps one to ponder their own story. Adam is a wise guide, shedding light so that we can step into healing.

Amazing resource!

What an amazing resource for anyone on a healing journey and also for those in ministry, counselling, psychotherapy or giving professions! There is not one episode that has not been moving, incredibly honest and well delivered. Young’s attachment focused, trauma informed perspective and Christ-cantered perspective is a refreshing and needed one for this day. This podcast will continue to be my recommendation to clients and friends!
