Authentic and Hopeful

I am so grateful that I found this podcast! Having a brain injury and post concussion syndrome can be incredibly isolating. Listening to Bella and the guests that she interviews on her podcast has provided me with so much validation for what I myself have experienced . I have had so many “aha” moments while listening to various episodes. I especially appreciate the emphasis on the impact of brain injury on mental health and listening to Bella open up about her own personal experiences and struggles. I am so inspired by Bella’s willingness to be so open about her personal experience in the hopes that it resonates with others and helps to de-stigmatize the mental health struggles that so often accompany Post-Concussion Syndrome. Her guests are equally authentic and open about their experiences. This podcast offers a realistic, honest portrayal of life with post-concussion syndrome, along with a possibility of hope for a better future for those impacted by Traumatic Brain Injuries.
