Rambling podcast

I sometimes learn a lot from this podcast, but sometimes it’s tends to be long winded before a good point is made. Brads conversation with Tania today is a good example. The conversation was not that informative. I only have x amount of time to listen to a podcast and this wasn’t worth my time to Listen to the rambling that took place.
I thought Brad interrupted his guest a lot and talked way too much. It’s nice to be knowledgeable and enthusiastic but being a good listener is important. I wish Tania had more opportunities to talk.

Finally discovered hypo thyroid after 6 yrs!

Hi Elle, just wanted to send a quick note of thanks. I discovered you on The Ultimate Health Podcast. Everything that you spoke about in your episode resonated with me. Because of your discussion, I finally pushed to have my thyroid properly tested and guess what.... after 6 years of complaining of fatigue, bloat, not feeling like myself, working out with no results... turns out: hypo thyroid. Not impressed to have been batting with mediacal professionals for years who have been telling me it’s normal. Thrilled to finally have a known cause and solution.
T H A N K. Y O U! I will now be tuning into your podcast and following your guide to fix myself. Very thankful and appreciative of your work and knowledge. Let’s keep spreading the word!
