Welcoming and Fun
I'm not a raw vegan, nor am I a vegan or even a vegetarian. However, Laura-Jane is so accommodating and friendly that I've been an avid listener for two months now. She never makes you feel bad that you aren't fully raw and she doesn't bring up the nasty side of the meat industry. She's a refreshing change! Her recipes are delicious, too. She also realizes that a lot of people aren't rich and she offers great tips on how to incorporate raw eating on a budget. I highly recommend this podcast to anyone looking for unique and yummy ways of eating healthy living foods!
Lots of helpful tips about how to succeed raw.
