When it comes to podcasts, there are podcasts and there are podcasts. This one features Jamie and that makes this podcasts exceptional.

Jamie is easy going and fun to listen to, easy to understand, the science he teaches is factual and he really wants his listeners to strive for wellness of body, mind and spirit.

I eat LCHF and Jamie keeps me inspired and on track. This way of eating is amazing and the way of the future.
