Very informative and engaging podcast

I have been listening for 3 weeks now and playing a bit of catch up, this is one of my go to day to day podcasts. Easy to listen to, and I feel like I am part of the conversations.

I have been getting away from heavy (powerlifting) barbell movements aside from lighter technical oly, and leaning more toward throwing around heavier kettlebells. I find if helps a lot with my sprinting, speed drills, and overall power with only using one bell at a time.

Do you incorporate kettlebells into your routine and do you program them into others training? If you are a go for kettlebells, what is the one move you would advise others to practice that transfers over to the field?

Lanky 8 man for life.

Been listening for the last 8 months and love it. Great info for adjusting my training program. No nonsense and no shortcuts, just real answers and real results.
