Honestly, I can’t say enough positive remarks on how Kim John Payne has influenced my parenting in such a profound and positive way. As a professional who works with families there is very little I haven’t read regarding child development and parenting. This podcast along with his book Simplicity parenting is now my go to resource. Not only for families I work with but also my own family. I struggled with sibling conflict being raised as an only child this was extremely difficult to wrap my head around. I have implemented many of Kim’s suggestions and have had success. To the point that I can see my children’s emotional intelligence grow and I don’t have to always intervene anymore I can just be close. My children are now showing confidence in being able to navigate big feelings and frustrations independently! Parenting win!!
