Really in-depth and focused show. Assumes it’s listeners actually know about food, which is refreshing. Great variety of food topics. Love the sentiment and vibrancy that is brought to the personal stories.

I can listen to Francis all day

Francis is engaging and eloquent, and has one of the most genuine laughs. This podcast is for serious food nerds. Super well-produced and just pure joy to listen to!
