This is one of the only stop binging podcasts that I found the most powerful and relevant. I have been not binge eat but binge listening on almost all of them. If you want to change your relationship with food, this is it. Thanks so much for giving us the hope to change.

This is THE most useful and underrated podcast about binge eating. I love that the episodes are SHORT and to the point. I’ve consumed endless media about binge eating desperately trying to find information or answers. This is really the only information/insight I’ve ever been able to relate to as a binge eater. I hope one day this blows up as big as it should. So helpful.

I started listening to this podcast from Episode 1 this week & it is already having an impact! I have chosen what I had to eat this week based on what I wanted to get from my foods — and being and avid gym goer, what I wanted most was FUEL! So with that in mind, healthy choices were EASY because I had a goal in mind. Tonight I planned a “joy food” of some chips & candy, because cutting it out entirely will just make me want it more. I poured a small bowl of chips (instead of a whole bag), and took out the amount of candy I planned to enjoy instead of eating from the package. And you know what?!! I was satisfied after eating the candy & only finishing HALF of the chips. GUYS!! I literally poured half of my planned joy food BACK INTO THE BAG!! 🤯 Thank you thank you thank you!! 🩷🩷
