So many of us are working to build community, but we find that we may not have the spaciousness, or the ability, to prioritize friendships the way we hoped. For others, no matter how much we keep putting ourselves out there, we’re still finding it difficult to keep connections going.

Yasmine Cheyenne on Is it Just a Holiday?

Holidays can trigger many emotions in us - some great and some not so great. Valentine’s Day is one of those holidays that can erupt feelings of loneliness, struggles with worthiness, and disappointment for what we feel we’re missing out on.

    Yasmine Cheyenne on FOMO

    Yasmine Cheyenne on FOMO

Fear of missing out is real, and dealing with the disappointment that comes with it isn’t always easy.  But if we’re saying yes out of fear and scarcity, then are we really in alignment? Or is the “yes” laced in fear of what we think may lose if we don’t?
In this episode, we talk about how FOMO is draining our energy, and how boundaries help us maintain clarity on what really matters. Because we’re going to miss out sometimes, but I don’t believe we miss what’s really for us.
