Why entrepreneurship can feel so lonely
In this episode, I peel back the side of entrepreneurship that often gets skimmed over. We don't talk about loneliness enough on this space, yet as entrepreneurs- we all experience it. I explore the possibilities of different levels of thinking and perceiving, which often affect our social circles. I talk about giving ourselves permission to seek and attain success, without being unapologetic.
Entrepreneurship can feel lonely, but it doesn't have to be. It's not easy but we need to be willing, open and adaptable to change- because it is through change that we grow- whether it's our friendship circles, our routines, habits or perceptions. So if you've been experiencing loneliness, chances are you've been shifting and growing. And that's not a bad thing!

What to do when you're spinning out
Spinning out is normal. As an entrepreneur, you are subject to experience this time and time again in your business. The question is not "how do I stop myself from spinning out?" rather "what can I learn about myself every time it happens?"
I've found that as a coach, the only way to grow is to experience levels of growth that inherently cause these spin outs. We must learn to master our minds, take control of our actions and exercise self leadership to be able to REMAIN in control. In this episode, I share with you how you can manage your mind when you're spinning out and how to leverage it to grow yourself, and as a result, also grow your business.
Can success be formulated? ft. Kevin Gonzales
If you've ever wondered if you have what it takes to be successful, you'll discover in this episode- that you do. In this episode, Kev and I, unpack what it takes to succeed in anything you do in life (including your business!)
Most people think you need some sort of x-factor. Kevin shares with us some gold nuggets on what ACTUALLY creates success and debunks why it's NOT a certain personality-type or feature in a person that makes them more likely to be successful.

Get clients without a huge following!
Do you need a lot of followers to be able to sign clients? It's a question a lot of new coaches ask and the answer is NO. Being able to get clients is not about the vanity metrics. In this episode I share exactly what it IS about and how you can sign consistent clients even as a brand new coach on the online space.
