Hating Pregnancy, Skin Care Industry Lies, & Reframing “Skin Care Goals” ft. @tracydubb
For Tracy Dubb, acne was a huge insecurity that led her down the futile path of trying to have “flawless skin.” In her thirties, she came to realize that flawless skin shouldn’t be the goal, but rather REALISTIC SKIN YOU FEEL GOOD ABOUT SHOULD! In pursuit of trying to ditch expensive products that don’t work, she wanted to make TRUTHFUL BEAUTY products that are honest + transparent. She left behind investment banking to start ISLA BEAUTY. At Isla, Tracy works directly with the chemists to create “recipes” the consumer can trust at fair prices. She believes the industry needs to be held accountable and she’s leading the path to a better way.
Tracy Spills:
Why her identity to be impressive held her back from living happily for herself
How her “fear of going down the traditional female path” blocked her from the feminine energy she’s now embracing
Reframing your relationship with your skin
The TRUTH about the skincare and beauty business and how Isla is different

Don't Wait for "The Sign" ft. Efia Sulter
Efia went through the foster system as a baby and was adopted into a loving home when she was three years old. When she lost her mom at 14 years old, Efia became orphaned. Living in Scotland as a person of color, and losing her mom (and grandma, too) affected Efia’s mental health big time.
Rather than experiencing grief, she “powered through”, becoming an overachiever and excelling on the surface. But inside, she was crumbling - lost and unsure how to navigate this world.
Now Efia is on a mission working as a Mindset & Manifestation Coach teaching women how to confidently manifest their desires, stop playing small, and live their EXTRAORDINARY lives.
In this episode we cover:
Intention vs. Embodiment
Why striving for “mediocre” can be okay
Why your highest self is your truest self
How to uproot your subconscious limiting beliefs
The science of conscious vs subconscious thinking + how journaling can help!
GUEST INFO:
Efia is a Mindset & Manifestation Coach, host of ‘The Manifest Edit Podcast’, and creator of the V.I.B.E.S method for aligned manifestation. Her mission is to empower and teach ambitious women how to stop playing small and access their innate magic so they can expand their current reality.
She’s extremely passionate about helping women create their own permission slips for the extraordinary lives they want to live and the gifts they deeply desire to share with the world.
Serving as a practical example of her work after being orphaned at 14, grappling with mental illness and chronic pain to then moving overseas and building her soul-aligned life + business, Efia has inspired thousands around the world to create their lives by design.
Through her coaching Efia highlights the strategy, science, and spirituality behind manifestation in order to provide actionable advice from a grounded, no BS perspective.
