A healthier relationship with food

I don’t really need to lose weight, but I have been developing an increasingly unhealthy relationship with food over the last few years. I have listened to about half of these episodes and I have to say that I am already feeling more comfortable around food. This podcast focuses so much on how our thoughts influence our actions. I’m already thinking much, much healthier thoughts. I might not be skinnier yet, but I sure am feeling better!

Amazing content that is succinct and practical!

I have listened to many podcasts before regarding weight loss but this one is becoming my favourite. I find it inspiring and it has started to change my mindset regarding my weight loss journey to one of excitement when listening to her insights and implementing her advice. Keep up the great work!
