    So the past 2 days have been a mega learning curve for me, using PROPSTREAM to find buyers, and finding the best ways to contact them efficiently. 
    How I wish they would just fall in my lap, but alas, that isn't always the case. You gotta work hard, AM I RIGHT?!?! HA! Let's chat today about finding buyers using PROPSTREAM, the best ways to contact them, and how I've been sorting and reaching out to them! 
    Here's the stuff I've been using well:
    Callrail.com - It organizes all my phone numbers for RVM, Postcards, and works Great with Beast Mode BEAST MODE CRM - I've raved enough about this for a lifetime, but it's so fantastic. Check it out here.  YellowletterHQ.com - We use this for all our postcard and letter send-outs. The best.  PROPSTREAM - The easiest and best place to get started with finding lists, sorting data and finding lists/buyers/sellers. Check it out here.

    We've all been there, trying to find buyers, getting lost in all the latest and greatest tricks, posting properties all over the map... But what has been working for me is something a little more simple. 
    Let's chat about how to scale it back and get back to our grassroots and find buyers that are actually buyers, and how to organize them and follow up with them the right way. 
    PS: I'm stripping back our buyers plan these days, and it's intense, but I'm loving it. Let's chat about it in today's episode! 
    Here are some of the important things I use for building my Buyers list: 
    BEAST MODE - The Advanced CRM we use for everything, including managing our buyers and texting them! Simple CRM For real estate (Starter Level) - This is for if you're not ready to take the plunge into beast mode.  For Making Phone calls we use "CallRail.com." They've got plans for everyone! Makes a huge difference.  Our websites are hosted on Oncarrot.com. It's a great platform that has great SEO - This is what we also use for our sellers and buyers websites!

    What happens when you throw out wild numbers to sellers that are completely outrageous? WHO KNOWS! It could turn into something good, or it could be really bad. 
    But luckily today it turned out good for us, as we attempted to negotiate a little bit of a boo boo down from $50k to a $15k contract price. 
    I wouldn't normally suggest that, but it was an accident that turned into something good, so let's chat about that today!
