Christa with a C ,

Mom Goes On, Goes On!

I graduated from Krista’s program last year and her tools and coaching helped me so much after the sudden death of my husband in 2021. There are so many applications beyond grief and I use the learnings every day. It is so nice to have the podcast to continue to learn and hear from Krista and be a part of the community. I pop in my AirPods and go for a walk and listen to the latest. Thanks, Krista. I’ve got this!

Cheryl is grieving ,

Thank you

Mom goes on podcasts make me feel that I am normal in my thoughts and that there will be life after my beloved husband’s passing. Thank you so much!❤️

Joy filled Life ,

Widowed to soon

My husband passed away very suddenly Nov. 1/21 in our home . I could not find anyone that had gone through something like this or even someone my age. I had joined a few groups but they were just not me. Then I came across The Mom Podcast and from the first podcast I listened to it was spot on with what I was going through. I started listnening to 2-4 podcasts a day and it has brought me so far since listening and I have learned so many tools to help with with thought, emotions, feelings etc. I am more and more ready every day to move forward to my future.
