About business…
Therese is the President and Chief People Leader of Ladder HR Solutions, Inc. She is a Human Resources Executive with 25 years of experience on a mission to instill innovative people practices and processes in dynamic, high growth companies before people problems become unwieldly. Passionate about creating change in the HR function, Therese also mentors newly minted HR professionals.
Prior to launching Ladder HR Solutions, Therese held several corporate HR leadership positions in logistics, manufacturing, IT, and professional services organizations as well as teaching and guest lecturing for HR programs at Fanshawe College.
Therese graduated from the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Business with the Advanced Diploma in Human Resources Management. She also holds an Honours Certification in Management and a diploma in Accounting.
About food…
Therese is a passionate, plant-based foodie with a diploma in holistic nutrition, As a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Therese counsels people who are transitioning to a plant based diet. She also runs a 7-day Plant Powered Cleanse program and teaches dairy free cheese making from her home kitchen. She’s a bit nerdy about being vegan… 😉
From being a former co-owner of a large yoga studio, to making food for sale in her commercial kitchen and teaching people to grow their own food, Therese demonstrates a wide range of interest and capabilities in the field of holistic health!
Therese graduated from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition in 2009 with a diploma in Holistic Nutrition.
