Refreshing!

Dr Deb offers a light and encouraging way to approach the 20 lbs we tend to gain at menopause and she’s been there herself. Making the impossible, possible! She looks at it from the inside out. Beautiful!

This podcast is right on point and a very different point too. This is all about checking in with your inner self constantly instead of counting calories or following a different diet every time the one you are using fails, again. This idea is so new and so fresh and so different, I believe you can use this method successfully for the rest of your life. Amazingly enough it is free too. Thank you Dr. Deb! YO-YO Dieter
