Are You One of the Zombies?
You're surrounded by them, you may even be one of them and, if you are, you aren't even aware of it because... you're a Zombie!
The alternative presents itself in every single moment of your life and, in each and every one of those single moments, you have a life-changing choice to make: am I going to turn up to my life and live it to the full in the here and now or am I going to continue, automatically, wandering around in a brain fog?
You aren't going to change anything in your life - from health and fitness to weight or career - if you don't make the little life choices that we're exploring in this episode. But, when you do start making these tiny little everyday life choices, you will - and you can depend upon it - end up being presented with the kind of life-changing opportunities - and it will feel like it has just happened.

Who Said Anything About Being Realistic?
Ah yes, one of the many excuses used by so-called normal crazy people to stay put in their not-so-comfortable comfort zone... I need to be realistic. Or, if I can put it the other way around, "I couldn't have that kind of life... that would be unrealistic!"
But what is realistic if not something your normal mind thinks? And, from all our conversations, you already are aware of the constraints that normal thought imposes upon us.
So, in this episode, we're exploring how to drop the preconceived notion of being realistic. We're looking at it from a practical everyday point of view because this approach has everyday practical application - from a business and career perspective, from a relationship, health, wealth, fitness, anything perspective... you name it, when you take this approach anything can happen and whatever happens will lead you in the right direction in your life.
What exactly is the approach we're talking about? Well, it is effortless (that's a scientific fact) and simply involves turning up to your own life, free of those normal crazy thoughts, in the here and now.
How to Find Fulfilment, Happiness and Success
Yes, in this session I'm going to tell you how to achieve all of the above... effortlessly.
And, although I and pretty much all of my clients are actually experiencing fulfilment, happiness and success, this podcast episode is not based on someone else's experience that you may or may not be able to replicate... these small transformational steps I'm suggesting are based in the hard sciences of developmental and cognitive psychology, neuroscience and even cutting-edge quantum physics which, by the way, tells us how the world really works.
How does this world really work? How can you find fulfilment happiness and success? By turning up to this wonderful world of ours by leaving the thoughts that have you stuck (or you think have you stuck) behind.
Yes, you change your life by changing your mind, by physically changing the shape and functionality of the key parts of your brain - what I call the "being brain" and the "doing brain"... so utterly different from being poisoned by your thinking brain.
And, in case you're really interested in living the life you'd really love to live, you might also be interested in knowing that you can start the process this very instant.
Are You in a Mood?
The answer to that question is, of course, "yes" - we're all in a "mood" all of the time until we take charge of what's going on between our own two ears.
When you do, you're going to discover something so breathtakingly simple that you'll marvel at how easy it is to change your life... yes, that's what I said.
Choosing to take charge is even simpler than it sounds: you don't try to change your mind, you don't have to start trying to think "happy thoughts" - none of that superfluous nonsense is required.
All you do is... choose to turn up. Turn up to what? Turn up to the reality of the present moment. When you do that, you stop thinking (it is, as you'll discover, thinking that put you in the mood in the first place), you become present. And, when you become present, you have presence. And we all know what that means: people with presence are attractive, people love to be around people who have that indefinable extra.
And, when you are present, your mood evaporates, stress evaporates and what you're left with is the reality of living your life your way here and now. And that certainly is life changing.

There's No Such Thing as Work Life Balance
Life and how you live it, work and how you do it... it's all about the attitude that you bring to the party.
If you hate your job, you'll make it so much more difficult for you to do it, simply confirming that you were right to hate your job in the first place. Why would you set yourself off on such a vicious, thought-fuelled, circle?
Why not get off the sorry-go-'round and hop on life's merry-go-'round?
Obviously, I'm not talking about being positive instead of negative - I'm talking about being in the only state of mind worth being in: one that has fully turned up to your life in the here and now, perceived warts and all.
