Richard Bell - The Do's and Dont's of real estate from a lawyer's perspective

Richard Bell - The Do's and Dont's of real estate from a lawyer's perspective

I'm really excited to share this episode, I'm speaking with Richard Bell, a partner at Bell Alliance, the largest residential real estate and conveyancing practice in Vancouver.

Unlike other episodes where I'm speaking to Realtors, this one is obviously a little bit different, as we're talking about the legal side of real estate transactions. Being in a competitive industry like real estate, it's important to provide value added services to your clients, and one way to do that is by providing knowledge and information. So it's definitely important to have a good understanding of other aspects in a transaction, including the legal side of it all.

This is a very useful conversation to listen to if you're a Realtor. You're going to hear a lot of great insights, do's and dont's, common issues to be aware of, and best practices to prep your clients. We're also talking about where technology is heading in real estate, including a software that Richard developed, and where he thinks this long-lasting bull market is heading (which you'll definitely want to hear).

As someone who has dealt with hundreds (if not thousands) of Realtors and transactions, Richard shares some of the traits that most of the successful real estate agents possess.

I was really excited to connect with Richard and share this amazing episode with you all. Hope you enjoy!

Brenda K - How to become a true source of information and value to your clients

Brenda K - How to become a true source of information and value to your clients

I had a terrific time speaking with Brenda Kielbratowski (or better known as simply Brenda K), a top Realtor from Nova Scotia, Canada. Brenda has been a realtor for over 12 years and does well over +50 transactions every single year - or as Brenda likes to call them, +50 "relationships".

Brenda is all about providing true and genuine value to her clients and contacts, and just be a true source of information, which is how she's grown her business.

She has a YouTube channel where she's providing useful information every single week. She also wrote a book for her seller clients which covers topics in the selling process and what to expect from selling with Brenda.

We talk about many topics, including the importance of a CRM and database management if you want to be successful as a Realtor, and Brenda outlines her "5 P's" when selling a property, which you don't want to miss!

Overall, a really informative chat with unique insights that any Realtor will get value from. Enjoy!

Rachel Dempster - How to get 3 transactions per blog post

In this episode I’m speaking with Rachel Dempster, a Realtor from the beautiful Sunshine Coast in British Colombia. I was so thrilled to get a chance to speak with Rachel, she’s providing some bombshell insights.

She talks about how her primary source of lead generating is through her focus online and social media, but primarily through her unique blog content, which generates her at least 3 transactions per blog post!

She's breaking down the precise formula and strategy behind her blog posts, we talk about her lead nurturing strategy, how she uses unique video content to promote her listings, and much much more.

I was lucky to get Rachel on the podcast, as she currently has 10 active listings at the time of recording this.

Kyle Bouchard - How to leverage technology to do less admin and more of what you love

In this episode, I’m speaking with Kyle Bouchard, the Founder and Broker of Record at International Realty Firm based in Toronto.

This is a pretty special episode, because Kyle was actually one of Web4Realty’s first 20 or so clients almost 9 years ago. Just like us, Kyle was just starting out back then, so it’s pretty neat to be able to witness and now talk about his rise in the real estate world.
