    This episode we are joined by Andrew Judson - senior advisor at Fort Capital & Director at Pieridae Energy Limited, Condor Energies Inc., Drift Resource Technologies, Field Safe Solutions, the Fraser Institute, and WinSport.

    Prior to joining Fort Capital as a Senior Advisor, Andrew spent twenty four years in Capital Markets and Private Equity, focused on all aspects of the energy industry – upstream E&P, oilfield services and midstream processing. 

    Mr. Judson was Managing Director of Camcor Partners Inc. (an energy focused private equity firm), Managing Director of Institutional Sales at FirstEnergy Capital Inc., and Managing Director of Institutional Sales at Tristone Capital Inc. 
    Mr. Judson  graduated from the University of Calgary with a BA in History (Distinction)(1991) and an MBA in Finance (Distinction)(1995).

    Prior to joining Azimuth Capital Management Inc., Mr. Larke was Managing Director and Executive Committee member with Calgary-based Peters & Co. from 2005 to 2015, and prior thereto, was Vice-President and Director with TD Newcrest from 1997 to 2005. 

    Both at Peters & Co. and TD Newcrest, Mr. Larke received leading rankings in the Brendan Wood International survey of institutional investors. 

    Mr. Larke has a Bachelor of Commerce degree (with distinction) from the University of Calgary and has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD.D) designations.

    Rene Amirault was appointed as the President and Chief Executive Officer of SECURE in March 2007, serving as President until November 2, 2022. Mr. Amirault was elected a director and appointed as Chairman of the Board in June 2007.
    From 2006 to 2007, he was an independent businessman.

    From 2001 to 2006, he was the Vice President of Corporate Development of Tervita Corporation (formerly CCS Income Trust).

    Rene held various roles at Tervita Corporation from 1994 to 2006, including Vice President roles in Sales and Marketing, Business Development and Corporate Development.

    He was Vice President of Corporate Development of Tervita Corporation or its predecessor companies from 2001 to 2006, during which time his responsibilities included business development, acquisitions, strategic planning and investor relations.

    Rene has over 25 years of experience in the energy industry.

    He held various positions with Imperial Oil Ltd. from 1981 to 1994, including marketing, project management, finance and accounting capacities.

    Rene received a Certified General Accountant designation in 1984.

    Before joining Pembina, Mr. Dilger worked as a senior executive in various financial and business development positions in both oil and gas as well as infrastructure companies.

    Mr. Dilger was a director of Trilogy Energy Trust for 14 years, where he served as Chairman of the Health, Safety & Environment Committee until 2017, when Trilogy was sold. Mr. Dilger was co-chair of the 2016 United Way of Calgary campaign. 

    Mr. Dilger has been a Chartered Professional Accountant since 1989 and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary.
