Gem!
This podcast is a such a great find - a gem! Such solid information and no fluff. I also recently purchased my 1st training plan from Endurance Specific. Kristian was so thoughtful, insightful, experienced and thorough with my plan. This podcast is truly a treasure to find!
Awesome for endurance athletes
I’ve been listening to Kristian and Charlotte for a few months after realizing one of my local running idols is a client. Great content and even though I’m a runner and not into triathlons (yet), it’s refreshing to hear about Ironman pieces. I look forward to plugging the podcast in when I have time on the trails to zone in and get their Whistler vibes. Keep it coming!!
Great Listen
