Great Variety and Content

The True Transformation Podcast continues to bring a great variety of content over and over again. Each podcast continues to provide valuable fitness information without all the fluff and bs of many others. Josiah always conducts himself in a professional way, asks questions to his guests that many of us listeners would want the answers too, while still keeping us engaged listening to the show. Although this podcast seems to be primarily male based, as a female I still find I get just as much knowledge and takeaway from it as well!
