    About Time

'Tis the season to be jolly, our fellow time travelers! As we enter the official "Holiday Season" - that time between Thanksgiving and Christmas - we want to remind everyone to take a moment, take a breath, and don't let the stress of the holiday hoopla get the best of you. Inspired by the movie, "About Time," Tuesday People host Mitch Albom talks about how the film teaches us - as Morrie did in his final days - to appreciate the ordinary in the everyday moments we are given. Cheers to the festivities ahead!

The Carton We Are Shipped In

The Carton We Are Shipped In

We're all born into a body that we spend most of our lives being self-conscious of. We're too fat, we're too skinny, we're too short, we're too tall - we spend so much time on our external selves, that we often forget about those things we should value on the inside. On today's episode of the Tuesday People podcast, host Mitch Albom and producer Lisa Goich talk about "the cartons we are shipped in," and how Morrie felt about the changes in his own body as his ALS progressed. And how, even as we age, we should embrace all that we are, inside and out.
