194 - Twisterds Movie Club: Everything Everywhere All at Once

Join Amanda, Becky, and Nicole this week for the July (or maybe August?) Twisterds Movie Club discussion about the 2022 Michelle Yeoh movie, Everything Everywhere All at Once. After a tangent about types of wine, the conversation turned to the significance of the use of Mandarin and Cantonese, love for Stephanie Hsu and Jamie Lee Curtis (and Ke Huy Quan!), and then derailed again with talk of mustard.

192 - It’s Important to Say the Word Abortion with Asha Dahya

Join Amanda and Becky this week as they talk about a cocktail with no name, Andrew Garfield, and taking a podcast break because Becky is taking on two big projects at once. Then Becky talks with Asha Dahya about how Evengelicalism is conservative in the US (and not so much in Australia), how California's Prop 8 and Hobby Lobby got her thinking about abortion and religion, and why we should retire the terms "pro-life" and "pro-choice."

Lvjyfaith Alexis ,

What an Amazing Podcast!

I love it! I love the topics that Becky, Callie and Amanda tackle and I really love their different persepctives on them. They are great examples that even if we come from different places and backgrounds and see things different, we can still be friends. I am almost caught up on the episodes and look forward to the upcoming ones as well. Thanks for being awesome voices for women!
Alexis
