E18 - Coughing Up Blood
We are back and ready to dive into a BIG topic aka SEX. Being married for almost 8 years now, our biggest obstacle has been SEX! Lots of feelings, very vulnerable conversations, past trauma, tears on both sides and learning how to surrender.
Maybe you can relate, and maybe you can’t. We would love to hear your perspective and don’t worry, there will be a follow up episode. ;)
*trigger warning* some past sexual trauma is talked about in this issue.

E17 - Surrender
Just as we think we're starting to understand what surrendering really looks like, we get slapped in the face. Jalynn re-connects with her ex-husband and Saunder's inner voice convinces him he's going to lose Jalynn. Lots of emotions, lessons and growth in just a few weeks time span. This is one of our most real and heavy episodes.
