In today's episode, I talk about the importance of claiming our wins and celebrating ourselves. Too often we focus on the "mythical there" and we forget to celebrate our wins. This leaves us always wanting and never feeling satisfied. When we learn to claim our wins and celebrate ourselves it opens up the possibility that we can be proud of ourselves AND demand more from ourselves - at the same time.
