Life changing (for real)

These ladies have really changed how I think about my body. I had to hear it a hundred times to truly understand: I don’t need to look or eat or exercise a certain way to be worthy. My sincerest thank you for this.

Too long of intros

I agree with some of the other ratings in that the titles aren’t matching the content and there are lots of long tangents that make the content dry and a bit boring. Wouldn’t recommend.

Macro and Calories MINIMUMS

Hi ladies!

I think you both should colaberate with someone to create an app for tracking minimum calories and macros! Something that would encourage people to have enough of everything rather than getting rewards for not going into the "red zone".
