The 3 dudes are back, but this time with a guest speaker. Her name is Autumn Dueck, and she has played a big part in our Faith journey, as a youth pastor at our local church. Today we talk about Community.

3 dudes sitting around a table talking about rest. A reminder to all of us about how important it is to take time everyday and on the Sabbath to rest in the Lord.

Side note: During the episode Brandon says Adam & Eve were created on the 7th day, what he meant to say was that the 7th day would have been their first full day and it was a day of rest. The reason we didn't edit this out and replace it is because the podcast isn't scripted and 95% was done in one take. We didn't want to mess with the flow.
