Reflecting on the year: Acknowledging the hard, looking for the good, setting intentional goals.
Today's episode is a little bit different. I think reflection is so important, so as we come to the end of the year, I'm asking questions and guiding you through a reflection on this year, along with encouraging you to set intentional goals based in what truly matters to you. We even end with one of my favorite things: a surrender list as we move to next year!

10 Quick Tips for Working From Home - Full Time, Part Time, With Kids, Etc. Plus an Important Mindset Check
Today we're talking all about working from home - I give 10 different tips total (okay, really 12 if you count the first 2 that apply across the board), but we break it up into two different sections.
I've worked from home in some way, shape, or form for four years now. I worked part time in the margins of my full time job, then in the margins of stay at home motherhood, and now I work full time from home.
While all 10 can probably apply to most situations, the first five apply more to full time work from home life, while the last five apply to working part time in the margins of your day.
I hope you enjoy this episode and that it encourages you in you work from home journey in some way!

This is one of my favorite conversations I've had on the topic and I know Ashley's perspective will encourage you!

Amazing podcast
This is one of my favourite podcasts! Desirae is so easy to listen to, so relatable and it feels like she’s one of my friends. She has really great guests and her questions are ones i’d ask if I could. This is definitely a podcast you should listen to!
Warm and soothing
Listening to this podcast is like drinking a hot cup of tea. It's warm and soothing. I listen to other podcasts while I'm working or doing chores but I save this one for when I'm taking a break so I can soak up every ounce and enjoy it.
Love this!
This podcast is amazing! Practicing self-care and being ok with being “ish” is what makes this so relatable. The one on New Years goal setting was so good that I forwarded it to my girlfriends!!!
