Many of us let distraction and busyness choose and rule our days for us. This Sunday hear from Dylan Wiebe as he shares his continuous journey to a slow and quiet life with Jesus as we take a look at a story of Martha in the Gospel of Luke.
What does it look like for God to call someone to join Him on mission? This week we’ll take a look at Saul in the book of Acts and how God transforms him and then sends him out. Jessica Franz will be sharing her story of being led to follow Jesus into missions overseas and how that brought her to different places in Asia and closer to God’s heart.
What does God have to say to people who lead? This week we are looking at the life of Moses: the person who led Israel out of Egypt. Luke Hildebrand will also share some of his own story of becoming a leader.
God is with us! We will continue to discuss God’s presence with us through difficult times, this week reflecting on times of fear. We’ll be looking at the story of Jacob and his family, and Jayson Giesbrecht will be teaching and sharing some of his life’s story. Join us as we grow together in our understanding and experience of hearing God’s voice.
How does God speak to us during difficult circumstances? We look at the Scriptural example of God testing Abraham and asking him to sacrifice his son, Isaac. Terry also be shares their story of their daughter’s journey of being diagnosed with liver disease at the age of eight years old.
Jesus Doesn't Play That Game
This Sunday, Jason Dyck joins us as a guest speaker. Jason is the Director of Church Ministries for our MB church conference in Manitoba. Jason’s message connects so well with our recent series (thank you Holy Spirit!) and he’ll explore how Jesus doesn’t play the game of picking sides, and he offers some great insights in how we might approach 2021 as a church.
