We all struggle with the constant voice inside our heads. Some people are able to quiet the negative talk and focus on their goals. They focus on positive thoughts and accomplish what many others struggle to start. They are not super human though and still struggle with their negative talk. On You vs You we interview people who have successfully lost weight, beat cancer and disease or overcome addiction. In doing so, these people have taken back control of their lives. These stories are meant to inspire people who are going through the same struggles. By interviewing individuals who have overcome incredible battles within, situations that demanded a great amount of self discipline, I dig into how these people have dealt with overcoming the negative self talk, the doubters and the day to day struggle. I try to uncover different tactics used to get them through their struggle. This includes workouts, diets, supplements, exercises, programs, books and public figures who have helped along the way. In doing this I hope to encourage others to overcome the challenges life has handed them.
