The has been one of the most helpful tools for me!

I have Health Anxiety Disorder and although I currently see a CBT therapist, this podcast has been a game changer for me!! Kimberley is able to deliver insightful, compassionate and caring knowledge of anxiety and how to not only deal with it but thrive. She is also the first person I’ve heard offer advice on how to love yourself unconditionally through the process. I was able to let go of any deep beliefs that I am broken or less than. These podcasts are truly medicinal!!
