America, acknowledge it or not, is embroiled in a religious war, one that pits good against evil and that shakes the very foundations of our nation's Constitution and moral compass -- one that challenges and frustrates our ability to remain exceptional on the domestic and international stages. If this nation was founded on the concept of rights and liberties coming from God, then the growth of secularism and its impact on the culture is certainly changing the shape of our politics, and not for the better.
