The LP National Convention took place last week and had a lot of interesting things come from it. First off, Georgia’s Chase Oliver was selected as the presidential nominee, which could bode well for ballot access in Georgia. The convention was also visited by Trump, RFK, and Vivek Ramaswamy, garnering unprecedented attention from the media and folks around the country. Jake provides his thoughts on the event as well as what we could do better in the future.

The Public Service Commissioner elections have been cancelled which means our ballot access depends on the presidential race. We must earn 1% of the vote in order to gain access to statewide elections in 2026. A tall order to fill but we can absolutely do it!
