You will hear about how they found their unique path to better health, who they look to for guidance and inspiration, the parts of their health routine that contribute to their well-being, and what challenges they face with maintaining their health.

#5 - Black Health Matters
Episode five of Journey to Better Health is a solo episode. Protests are taking place across the United States and shining a spotlight on racism and black people being killed by law enforcement.
My mission is to bring better health to people. I can't do that if I don't talk about one of the biggest threats to public health: racism.
I talk about just a few specific health issues caused by systemic racism and give my commitment to fight for black freedom as part of my journey to help people improve their health.
