Mother’s Day Grief

In this episode I share my experience with grief and how it has unexpectedly impacted my life.

Some things and people I did not consider “that important “ has shown me that they are.

And not only have I accepted and allowed those feelings to fester and grow, but I now use it as a stepping stone to intentionally be better in my emotions and as a person.

My prayer is that this episode brings life to the dead places in your heart and that you allow your emotions to have a platform that way you can adequately address them and be able to move forward in freedom so that you may be able to live a Life Of Growth &Peace.
