Episode 7: Moving On
In this podcast, I talk about "One Week Later" and where my head is at, as well as where my heart is at. It was an odd period of transition and jet lag. I think I recorded the podcast at 4 in the morning because I was wide awake and I had something to say.

Episode 6
This podcast aired the day I left my husband. I was on a plane flying back to the United States and had recorded it when I awoke in the morning. It was before I had really spoken with anyone, before any reflection was possible. It is raw. There are tears. I can't actually listen to it again because one's own heartbreak can rebreak a slowly healing heart. If you've read the blog: http://meantforsomethingbetter.com/2012/04/07/why-im-leaving-my-husband/ then you already know the story. This was the first part.

Episode 3: How to Deal with a Big Life Change
Sarah Hayden joins me in talking about what happens after you go through a major life transition, whether you choose it or it happens. Sarah left a career to become a stay at home mom and did so very thoughtfully, with reflection and understanding. Even so, she has encountered change she didn't expect and therefore wasn't prepared to handle. In the end, we concluded that life is a transition, anyone not experiencing change is dead. Enjoy!
